Instead of demanding some one give you a big paycheck.
Go earn one, just like everybody else.
Steven Hawking is a fricken vegetable, and yet was able to not only get an education, but also makes extremely good money.
Jobs pay what they are worth.
If all you want to do is say"want fries with that" then dont expect to go laughing all the way to the bank.

No - hierarchy is necessary. Why else would we work, go to school, or better ourselves? We are not communists. Some communists don't even follow their own rules.

I think wage differences have to be earned and usually there is a difference in pay because there is a difference in the jobs.

I am pissed because I can't get paid for my vast EXPERIENCE! Younger pissants are hired so they can be paid minimum wage, meanwhile, my experience goes to total utter waste. YEAH, I'd say I'm REAL FRIGGIN UNHAPPY!
