The teaching is not to pray in the public square. Christ never harangued people into faith but lead people to faith by the example of his life. The lesson is to bring people to the faith by the example of your own life. Forgive me for not citing chapter and verse but I'm too tired to look it up. It bedtime for me.

The man acts: 1) at usual under logic program,
2) sometimes on intuition (unconsciousness).
