no we should not!
He is not gay!
He is a pedophile and a child predator which has nothing to do with being gay, lesbian, bi or transgender!
He is also a hypocrite! He worked to get laws to help stop exactly what he was doing - so clearly he knew what he was doing was wrong!

Sigh. Denial of his sexuality, the truth that his sufferers have been solely male, does NOT upload any credibility to "our" facet. Homosexual guys are similar to each and every different man or woman in the world, such a lot are relatively without problems looking to get alongside however each and every so as a rule there's a truly monster within the bunch. Jeffery Dahmer, from all bills was once homosexual, however did that imply that the homosexual neighborhood rallied at the back of him? No, simply the reverse. Same style predicament right here. It does no well to disclaim, actually it does simply the reverse, it makes us appear disingenuous in our dealings with the nation and the problems of the day.

NO, absolutely NOT!!! As a Proud Very Much Out gay man, I find what he did to be simply unacceptable. I cannot in good conscience simply excuse his actions because he is gay or because he was in the closet. At the end of the day, he made a choice to act inappropriately, nothing can excuse it. It is one thing to be supportive of a gay politician who makes a mistake but this is crossing a line that I personally cannot defend. It may be because I am a father, but it just goes too far. I cannot support this.

You can rally to show support for who ever you support.

Baloney. He is some sort of predator lurking around causing all sorts of problems. It sounds like he has forced himself on a number of people. Members of Congress have a special public trust, and that does not include going around sexually molesting everybody. Gays have no right to go around forcing their orientation down everyone else's throats, especially people who do not want it.

It's like a cigarette smoker assaulting a non-smoker who told him to put out his cigarette on a bus. I have seen fights like this and it is ridiculous. There is no difference at all.

It doesn't matter if he is what he did was wrong and illegal, if he wanted to be with another guy that's fine but not young boys, he even preached about how people should put pedophile in jail when he was one himself. So I hope he gets what he deserves and hopefully its not a good thing.

I doubt he's gay, he's fishing for sympathy. Being gay is not the same as being a pedophile. Being abused as a child does not make you either one of them.

I don't think the issue is so much that he was messaging other males.... I think the real issue is that he was messaging UNDERAGE males. I wouldn't care if they were 18. No one, male or female, ought to be sending sexual messages to underage children.

he's a pedophile. the gay community should abandon him as quickly and loudly as possible. he is sick. he seduces and molest kids. he lies, and he will tell any lie he can to spare his ***. he is not a brother.

Actually he is a, say it with me, P-E-D-A-P-H-I-L-E. I'm straight, but I have gay friends and family members and he has done NOTHING to help them. He just perpetrates a bad image for them.
