Do you know any poetry competitions that I can enter and woulnt get conned!

Hello,
I too am a poet and for years used to enter my poems in online contests just to see my poems and name in print. Yes, I did pay for their anthologies for a while.
But then I got smart and decided it was not such a good idea anymore. These cometitions will accept your poems, good or bad, just to sell their books.
I have been searching for legit competions for you thought. Usually the ones that are legit you will have to pay a fee for the company to read your work.
