what changes you want to make regarding some of the complicated marriage laws?
day after day, it seems like people are afraid of marriage. now many people prefer boy friend/girl friend relationship rather than marriage.

In Arkansas it is still a law that a man is allowed to beat his wife on the square on Sunday as long as he doesn't use a stick bigger around then i believe its his thumb that law should be taken out of the law book... Plus on the vows i prefer the as long as our love shall last instead of till death do us part....

They need to make divorce so hard to get, like its with gay marriage, maybe people will think hard before going to drive through marriages after a long night drinking and animal sex.

I would make it not so easy to divorce, and maditory for counseling before a divorce goes through. Divorces seem to be a dime a dozen now a days. As far as getting married, I don't think that should pose any complications.
