A buddy of mine told me that Diamond dealers on 47 st.in NY DIAMOND DIST.Never have to pay tax .IS IT TRUE?

He also said that here the US Govt IRS allows "Dont Tell Dont See" policy toward mainly Jewish Indian British and African sellers.Is it true or he was just telling me a FISH STORY
