my ex girlfriend talked to me a couple of days ago and she was mad at me because she heard that i said something that wasnt true. I tried to tell her i didnt say it but she wont believe me. She said that i told one of my friends who told one of her friends and then she heard about it. She wont tell me who started the rumor but i didnt say anything. How can i get her to tell me who it is and get her to believe me?

Okay, even though I am a girl, I have to say that girls are very mean. It sounds like no matter what, your ex-girlfriend is going tobelieve what she wants to believe, and there is not really anything that you can do about it. But if she would believe her friends over you, she is not worth worrying about. There are better girls out there waiting for you to pick them. So don't worry about your ex, because as long as you know the truth, nothing else matters. I hope that you can find yourself a better girl.

you can not make another person do anything. if she is gonna believe a rumor...which is nothing but gossip, then let it go. That is why she is your EX. You have integrity and you continue to act in that manner and move on with your life despite what she wants to believe. She is gaining something out of this which says alot about the type of person that she is. I know it's easier said than done when your integrity is on the line but people who truly know you and love you, know that you are not that kind of a person. Hang in there and let her go. She is unhealthy for you.

What does it matter she is an ex. There must be a reason for it. She will never believe that you didnt say what it is that she thinks you said. Sounds like she has her mind made up already and you are just wasting your time worried about who said what and the more you worry about it the guiltier you look so if you really didnt say what it is she thinks you said i would just drop it.

Let her believe it...if she doesn't know you by now that you wouldn't say anything like that she wasn't really a good girlfriend before. So if I was you I'll let her believe it and go on about your business.She don't got no business believing that he said she said stuff anyways.

just explain it to her and make her believe you. the usual liknes like didn't anything we had together mean anything to you? how could you not trust me?
You believe sucha long word of mouth.. like chinese whispers among friends... instead of what is coming out straight form the horses mouth?
Then if it doesnt work tell her its not worth it anyway ur not oging to waste ur time trying to make her believe you when you guys arent even together anymore and its over anyway. Your just so ashamed and 'dissapointed' (keyword) that she doesnt beleive you over those others. You just always thought so much better of her. You guess you were wrong after all.
