I'm going to a halloween party in a couple weeks. Every year I go as something lame, but this year I want to be different. So I'm looking for a few cute costume ideas. *I don't plan on buying a costume, just putting one together.*

Since you are not buying stuff- here is a great thing you can put together at home -
Be a Gypsy - wear big hoop earrings, put a kerchief over your hair, wear layered clothing with a long skirt, and red lipstick. Put on a few big bead necklaces - they do not have to match
We were poor when I was a kid, so this is what I was EVERY year! LOL

The costume depends on the party, your age, and size. If you have long hair, consider putting a bottle of something (gel, etc...) on top of your head and covering it (like a cone head). Or, using a clothes hanger to braid your hair around, and give it a shape. You can get a cardboard box (large one) and get in it, and go as a TV, or even a sandwich (decorate the box), or a present... Face paint works well, for the kitty look, again, put two small cups on your head, fix your hair (ears) you're a cat! You have two weeks... Ask this question again with a more specific hint as to what you want to be other than "cute".

something *no longer* from warm subject count...geez! i would not enable a 13 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous daughter bypass out in something remotely like that, nor might I enable a 13 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous son around that! Very age beside the point. i'm 25 and would not placed on that...that's no longer a baby's outfit! 13- something with a skirt (that's long adequate- previous mid thigh yet no longer under the knees except that's called for by skill of the subject matter of gown), possibly like an angel or a era gown, those clothing seem very reliable for Halloween yet are not over the suited. something like Marie Antoinette?

How about a pixie? Or an evil pixie.. with black wings, crazy skull or fishnet stockings, short a$$ skirt and sexy makeup.
That's far from lame!
Or you could dress up like a Pussycat Doll.
Those would be naughty suggestions. A nicer option would be mother nature (tons of things to do with that one), or a little kid in pj's.
