You're totally "cereal," huh? Are you SERIOUS??? Aside from that...I'll answer this as best I can, though I may not be able to give you ten. Yoga/Pilates, canoeing/kayaking/rafting, meditation, dreaming/lucid dreaming, dream interpretation/analysis, eating properly, attending/joining different organizations, listening to music (especially classical or nature sounds), barefoot walks in the sand are always good. Also, look into Buddhism, Taoism, etc. Good luck in your search.
