Well, what about Wolverine? Wolverine is a character from the movie X-men. He's an attractive character with a cool hair style, he's mysterious and yet a bit scary - especially when the claws come out! The outfit could be as simple as jeans, a blk t-shirt, then imitating the hair style -
Or, you could try to find a used motorcycle jacket in a second hand or thirft shop (like the salvation army) and hiking or cycle boots.

you can get one of those masks with remotes. when you press the button, your 'brain' will like move around with mushy sounds. i dont know how much it costs, but it sure will scare the hell out of kids!!
