I've been playing video games since I was about 10, and now that I'm 35, I'm still going strong. Video games are a great way to relax, like watching a movie. It challenges your mind and keeps it off things like real life.

all depends on what your version of wasting time is. I play in several yahoo euchre leagues. Not only is it a fine form of entertainment, it is free, it is fun, and i have met sooooooo many new friends. They really will listen to you, and be there when you need them the most. I also have perfected my euchre technique. So go ahead join some FREE leagues, euchre, poker, pool, canasta, and several others, who knows, you just might enjoy it in your spare time.

well, fi its something you like, you would not feel that its a waste of time. for eg, why do women love shopping so much. guys who don't like it would grumble after an hr, but for women, 24 hrs on shopping doesn't even seem sufficient.

I don't see it as a waste of time if it's enjoyable and does not interfere with other important aspects of life. (Job, family, etc.)
