I think that you mean the song "Maggie Mae" off of the The It Be album.
The problems are - even tho Let It Be was the last album that was released - it wasn't the last one recorded. Abbey Road was but it was release prior to Let It Be.
Maggie Mae was played by the Quarrymen before they became the Beatles but it was played by many different groups and wasn't written by John and Paul. It was a English folksong and they changed the spelling of the title so they could get the copyright.
The only other song on Let It Be that was written prior to the Beatles becoming famous was 'one after 909' and it was written by just John in 1959. It was one of the first songs he ever wrote.
