Yeah..... The Cops and Firefighters.... I had a bonfire that was a little bit bigger than I thought... I had a permit for it, but all the smoke was a bit excessive......
It wouldnt have been so bad if the smoke blew the other way....

Yes. Long ago. When I lived in the woods. Seriously. They were old and crazy. It was always in their head, not anything for real. The police knew how they were but had to come anyway. It was very entertaining. They also called children services and dog warden. Never anything wrong.

They've threatened to, about how fast we drive down the driveway. Apparently, 20 mph on a dirt road is "much too fast, some of us have children!"
I'd like to point out that there is great visability, and everyone in the nieghborhood has 5+ acres for the kids to play in....

No but I've called on my neighbors. They blasted music until 3AM one Saturday night. I wouldn't have minded except that I had to work the next morning. They usually quiet down around 11PM.

Yes, once in a former place we lived at, we were having a get together and it got to loud. The police officers came out and asked us to keep it down. They laughed and asked us why we didn't invite our neighbor. Duh, I wonder why?

He called the bylaw officers on us three times one summer for too much dog poop. They came and saw the one or two pieces each time and we all stood on our front lawn laughing at our jerk neighbour.

Yes, for playing music too loud. That was about 12 years ago.
