Hi cedgho,
On the top of the tool bar hit the square(LQQKs like an envelope-blue & yellow) with the arrow (yellow & red) going down. 1st is Search Web then a pen(LQQKs like pen) then it's the pop-up blocker you can turn this on or off depending where on the web you are going or just for the site you are viewing. Download google or yahoo toolbar, it has a popup blocker install.

if you are using IE, Tools>Internet Options>Privacy, click the box at the bottom of the page to turn it on. If you do not see this option, upgrade IE by downloading it from microsoft.com

you must have a pop up blocker..try www.downloads.com and search for pop up blocker hope that helps
