ME. Looking forward to all the things I love. A short read with my coffee, a dialogue with my kitty, watching hundreds of geese fly to the sunset from the lake, their necks like long black arrows, giving a listen & a laugh to a friend who has problems, "reading" the messages in my dreams, laughing at MYSELF, cooking a goumet meal, finishing a painting & being content with it--mostly just being the kind of person who is aware of all the BRIGHTNESS in every single day.

When at work I telephone my wife and just the sound of her voice makes the day and has spoofed away any problem I may have had. Here at the house, just her presence or awareness of her whereabouts is highly gratifying and super brightens my every day.

The love of my life greeting me with a cup of coffee each morning when I wake.
Smiling and enjoying the day itself throughout the entire day.
Knowing GOD loves me. Knowing I love myself. Knowing that I know love. Also, having friends, TV and the internet.
Oh let's not forget I LOVE THE WORK I DO.
At the end of the night having my love with me enjoying our shows and cuddling.
Enjoying life is something I highly recommend!

Having a positive attitude. If you make yourself look at everything in a positive light then it doesn't seem that bad. The days don't drag they fly, and you look forward to what might happen. It can change your whole life but it takes practice and thought!

Waking up still alive, letting my kitten in from the garage (she runs in like a crazy loon), listening to music, talking with friends, seeing my kids, taking a walk, laughing.
