whats the difference between AMD sempron and AMD turion and AMD Athalon?

also what are they comparable to on intels side?
celeron?centrino?pentium?

celeron and sempron are for budget systems and are for minimal computer use. Athlon and Pentium are good for all home or office systems and power users. Turion is for servers, and centrino is for notebooks.

Well the first guy was right on 5 of 6, but the Turion is for notebooks just like the centrino.
