Do you have any of those 'breathe rite strips?'
They help a lot.
Put a big pan of hot from the tap water on the kitchen burner and let it slowly boil to get steam in the air.
Put Vick's Salve on your nose and forehead.
Drink Hot drinks.
Drink Alka-Seltzer. Boy does that help!!!
Take Day Quill (spell check only corrected this!)
Take NyQuil
Nasal spray.

Salt water for the throat. Uniodized salt and baking soda (1/2 tsp in warm water) for the sinuses. Use a baby nose sucker, squeeze solution into your nose. Isn't pleasant feeling, but will help you breath. Take plenty of vitamin C, Zinc.

I took Tylenol Cold and Flu and that seemed to help more than anyhing. Now my husband swears by Theraflu. This is really going around the Katy, Texas area. If you start running a fever and have body aches it might be going into the flu. That's what happened to us.

Well, it's that time of the year when colds and flu will start popping up. Try taking something over the counter first and if that doesn't work, see a doctor about it.

NeilMed Sinus Rinse. They have premeasured packets that you dissolve in warm water for your sinus congestion. Yes you have to squeeze the bottle of water up your nose and through your sinuses. They have one that's for colds too. And original Nyquil works for me. Hope you feel better soon.

a good nap, cold relief medicane, chicken noodle soup, tea and a nice long bubble bath.
Call in sick... and spend the day watching tv (having popsicles can soothe the throat, also)
feel better!

gargle with salt water every hour, it will shrink the inflamed cells in your throat and it will give you relief. Take a hot shower, or create steam in your bathroom, it will cut your nasal congestion.
