I need MAJOR costume ideas! No amateurs here! :-D?

Question

Ok, last year I was Marge Simpson. I had an awesome wig, shopped for the exact green color and made the dress myself, had big red pearls (fake) and did not rest until I found the perfect red shoes. But I didn't just stop there, I also used fake tanning stuff to make my skin orange!! My boyfriend was the Leader (forgot his name) from the movie "A Clockwork Orange." He got the outfit together, got a jockstrap to wear on the outside, made the cane, got a hat, and even let me do the makeup and fake lashes for his one eye. We are no amateurs when it comes to our costumes but we have run out of FRESH, NEW, ALL OUT ideas! SO where are my other experts?! I need some ideas for this year! Nothing is out of bounds!!!

Wow, your story is very impressing!! Heres what I found., those ideas befoere me are excellent- might I add.
Hawaiian Punch:

One person should dress like a boxer (boxing shorts, boxing gloves, lines beneath the eyes), while the other person dresses like a Hula-girl (grass skirt, bikini top, and a lei).

Wizard of Oz Characters:
Wilma and Fred Flinstone
Rose - from Titanic:
All you need is a long dress. A BIG hat and really cool shoes. A little makeup and put your hair up and you look like Rose Dawson from Titanic.
Lucy and Ricky (from I Love Lucy)
Charo: * Be able to speak a few Spanish sentances really fast
* Red wig
* Sparkly red dress (knees length)
* High heels (not too high you might fall!)
* Carry a guitar (optional)

your boyfriend could the be the phantom, and you could be that one woman Lady Carollotta or whatever. and i like that V for Vendetta idea, you could be the man w/ the mask and your bf could shave his head and wear a little orange oufit.
