STD's. Mice can eat the spiders and the snakes can eat the mice. That makes the snake a better house pet as long as it's not poisonous. Cats are ok too in a mice catchin' sorta way. I really don't like the fur every where though.

Without question it's spiders!!! I have had pet snakes before as well as pet rats so thoses don't scare me.
I have always been afraid of spiders and where I live now we have black widows! The last town I lived in we had wolf spiders which are about the size of trantulas but have a little bit smaller bodies but longer legs. They are hairy and very creepy!
