Use a humidifier or take a warm shower. Over the counter medicines and sprays should also help. If not, you can visit the doctors to get something stronger.

I swear by Advil Cold and Sinus...It doesn't prevent, but I often wake up w/ sinus headaches and it always helps. It does have caffeine in it, so if you're sensitive to that be careful how late in the day you take it. I feel your pain - good luck!

Try sleeping with a humidifier. Take sinus medication, drink alot of water. if that does not help you may have a sinus infection which is horrible.

Usually it is caused by alergies. Find out what your allergic to and stay away from it. Could be food, plants, or chemicals in your home or work.
The only other time you should get them is when you have a cold.
Please ask a professional at your local Health Food Store. They have all kinds of remedies that are natural.

See a doctor for more advice!

Take some very hot water and put it into a bowl. Put your head over the bowl and put some type of towel over your head to trap the steam. Breathe in the steam and it should help.
You can always take multiple hot showers also.

I went to the Ear Nose and Throat doctor, so I can save you some money. Tylenol Allergy Complete.
Try it and then give me the 10 points!

I wish... when I get them, I take Ibuprofen round the clock until they leave. I also use saline nose spray to help clear the sinuses, so there is less pressure there.
