Please help my msn got messed up and so I can only use the regular msn, how do I upgrade it?

if i uninstall the one I have will I still have my email address?

Im answering thinkin that msn is the messenger that comes free with the windows xp instalation.....
ok heres how to get new msn.....
go to www.msn.com....click the messenger tab..
then there will be a "get it free" tab...click it...
the link is http://get.live.com/messenger/overview
thats all....
then the setup will be downloaded to ur pc.....
just run it...forget the older version....itll be there in ur pc..but this version is new and can contact with yahoo also...

Try calling msn as there's a 1-800 number you can call (go to home page that'll give you the number). Otherwise go to the top of msn they'll be a upgrade there just click on update that should do the trick, Good luck & have a good day!

uninstall the present one and go to www.msn.com
