i have a friend who is about to ruin his marriage over stupid porn. he is really bad addicted to it, and will not stop. how can his wife and friends get him to quit? he refuses help from anyone and doesn't realize how stupid he is being.

Well I am sorry but I do not think I can give you very much useful information on this subject but I will try the best that I can. Their is such thing as too much porn and if this is getting to be the deal where he cannot come out of his room to talk to anyone I would go see a doctor and share your concerns with him/her about this friend of yours. However, if he is still eating and socializing then I really cannot help. Looking at porn is part of life for both women and men and their is nothing wrong with it at all unless he really won't come out of his room to take a break from it. oh that's tough... that sort of addiction is like a pinball machine... the more you pull it away, the further he will go.
have you tried letting him see a fat and ugly person naked? (by person, i mean either male or female) lolz
well, tie him to a chair (his arms, legs and back should be restrained), show him some porn and for every porn you show him, cause him pain (if he's really impossible, that certain pain should go right between his legs), keep doing it until you're sure he's done with porn.

Porn is not an addiction. It's a behavior. It's a sin, and it is virtually the same as adultery. It sounds cliche, but he's going to have to want his marriage more than his porn and give it up.

As with any other addiction, he needs to realize he is out of control and his life is suffering as a result of his addiction. She might help him reach this realization by suggesting a trial separation until he can get processional help and look for ways to accomplish positive change. That might be the shock he needs to "wake him up".
