it should be decline, not recline

Some experts would argue that the comma is not necessary, but others would say that commas denote natural verbal pauses.

Basically, I see nothing grammatically wrong with it, but it should be decline, rather than recline. That's a semantic error, not a gramatical one.

Replace the word "recline" with "decline.

Decline would be a better word over recline. It might be a comma splice.
