If it's a server error, there probably isn't much you can do about it, except tell the server administrator if you know them.
If you are getting a DNS error, double check the spelling in the URL and make sure it is correct. If it is correct, and you can get online elsewhere, the server has not been added to the DNS properly.
Unless the URL is spelled wrong, there probably isn't much you can do.
