A fankler is someone with fat legs or ankles and a footer is a basic block to build an opening such as a door or a window. There is another meaning of footer which is about as elegant as a coney dog. Is that what you are searching for?

don't know what fankle is but a footer is like a header in football except you use your foot to strike the ball.

I think we just about all got the latter as fankle is a combination of fat legs and ankles that don't have any defining separation. They just sort of run together , hence fat + ankle.
