Hi dont go geting yourself in such a fluster.If you are at the age that your breasts need to be checked generally that would be enough if you ar e younger there really is no need to work yoursekf up about it. What we as women should be checking is if you are in th e shower or bath and something feels strange have it checked out a few mins chek up no one knows your body like you if it feels strang ehave it checked !!!!!!!!!!

why not just do it every time you shower that way you will know how your breasts feel at different times of the month, and there is no harm in being alert.
the sooner you notice something the better and this way it will become automatic for you.
