Time to head to the ER! You may be in labor, you may have some muscle pain from the strain, you may have another medical issue, or it may be an intestinal thing. Pain of this magnitude during pregnancy, especially at the end like this needs to be addressed.
Should this turn out not to be labor yet, please call your doctor or your doctor's after hours line instead of Ask Yahoo. Medical advice obtained online cannot be trusted and the time wasted trying to get an answer from us could be better used talking with trained pros. I could be a scientist, a doctor, or just any old Joe, please call your doctor, that is the only way to be safe and healthy.

i'd both call my physician or promptly bypass in to the labour ward and get checked if I were you, in simple terms because you're intense threat for delivering early due for your preterm labour at 25 weeks. you've defined random again soreness with rigidity lower than, it quite is consistent with posterior labour. Posterior labour (the position the toddler is dealing with the incorrect way) would not inevitably ensue rhythmically...you may have very abnormal pains on your again and not in any respect observe any abdomen contractions, yet nevertheless be in early labour. upload this to the diarrhea and discharge, and look at were given more suitable than some signals of early labour. perfect to be threat-free than sorry, seeing as you're nevertheless in elementary words 35 weeks. in case you've been in direction of time period i'd allow you to understand in simple terms to sit down down tight and wait and see, yet you've nevertheless were given over a month to bypass, so it could be perfect to be assessed early through a professional.

Girl!! You get your butt to the E.R. right now!! Don't wait thinking "what if it's nothing?" It is better to be safe than sorry and you should NOT be cramping at all. ( I assume that is what you mean instead of crapping. lol) Please take my advice. My 4th baby was still-born at 36 weeks back in 2001 and you don't want something like that to happen to you. Good luck! I hope all is good.

Could be Braxton-Hicks or round ligament pain. The round ligament pain is very sharp and runs down the sides of your belly. Feels more like a muscle strain or cramp. I would call your doctor's office.

i would say that the best bet is to call the hospital, and talk to a nurse you might be going into early labor, and if not your body might want to.. so its better be safe than sorry i would call the doctors and explain whats going on, and or just go into the ER and tell them whats going on and they might be able to give your pain medication to help with the pain.... i hope everything turns out well.

good luck,

Elizabeth

How long has this been going on?? Are you bleeding or running a fever? You should advise your doctor immediately. You can also call "ask a nurse", but they will probably advise you to go to the emergency room. Is there someone with you? You shouldn't be alone.

Go to the ER
Even if it turns out to be false labour, better safe than sorry

Do you mean cramping? If so I would go to the doctor. If you start to bleed, go to the ER.
