Take a multi-vitamin.
Then, gargle salt water (just put a 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a glass of water and stir) for about 2 -3 minutes 4-5 times tonight and tomorrow morning.
Don't swallow the salt water!!!

Drink water the night b/4 No alcohol or pop................
You may want to take a multiple vitamin night b/4..
My family takes a multiple vitamin at suppertime everynight....(we eat together) no matter what...........Even if someone only has 15 minutes b/4 they go to work, choir practice, or whatever, we eat together..........Vitamins are always on the table ,(no little ones).And we are all in pretty good health!
If your throat is still sore, then I don't know what to say...Good luck if you run!

I recommend any cold or throat medication at your local drug store. I also would tell you cough drops do more than you think. Just get to sleep as early as possible, and mabye have some soup. Take the medicine before you go to sleep and an hour or so before the race.

Man up. I ran many of races w/a sore throat. it will get worse b4 it gets better. if u cant take it now youll never b able to take it when it really hurts. think about it, as you run, your mouth sucks it air, as this happens, you irratate your throat more cuasing it to b more irritated. which means your throat will hurt way more.
P.S. how is this a wrestling question???

do it all
gargle with salt water,
gargle with Listerine
use throat lozenges
take some Tylenol
drink some OJ
take some vitamin C
drink a lot of water
GO TO BED and sleep a lot.
get up and do the above again until it is time to do your race
suck it up and just do it

today @ my school i had a pep ralley and i wuz scared to do a cradle cause it wuz part of our dance in front of da hole school, so when my 2 basises throuh me in da air for da stunt i thought that i wuz doing it 4 some1 speical like for me my boyfriend
