Whats DIALUP? is that like the place you should dial your telephone to call the internet? confident there are 1000's of people who're nevertheless utilising dial up. a number of them are paying 19.ninety 5 a month. while they may be getting extreme velocity for 9.ninety 5.. Its that they are to ignorant to be taught approximately it to alter or something??? Who is familiar with. If my cable ever is going down the only reason i could use dial up could be to envision my e mail, in a desperate situtation... OMG as quickly as you bypass quickly you cant bypass lower back...

I don't think so, it still costs money for the ISP to provide the service. But there are free services out there like netzero, they ley you have 10 hours free a month. I think there are others too.

Free for any dial up connectoin? Not till we have DSL available everywhere. That is going to take awhile

Even if they give you free access, you might end up paying more if they charge you for the connection charges.

it is, in this country (.ro) but you still have to pay for using the phone line, so it's not really free....

100% free ? never. you are keeping busy a phoneline that may be used for calls more expensive than you downloading pr0n

it is free at most US public libraries.....but has restrictions on time and content.....but it is free
