I'll trade an entire year of my life for 365 million dollars and then just live off that for the rest of my days.

You're right it is precious, but then again, so is the quality of that life. Most people work a mundane 9-5 day; they go on holiday once a year if they can afford it; they have mortgage payments and have to worry about paying bills. With a million dollars you could stop working and make the most of your life without being tied down. You could see the world, and do the things you want to do rather than being obliged to do the things you don't particularly want to. I'm not saying money will definitively make you happy or improve your life, but weighing up the pros and cons I think I'd take the money. Bear in mind that people have robbed and even killed for less than that and risked going to jail and being deprived of their freedom for years. One day would not make a world of difference. There is a saying that it is better to live one day as a lion than 100 as a sheep.

no because for that million dollars what ever i bought with it i couldn't take it with me to the next world
and lets face it mankind is far too greedy to donate 100% of it to charity although that is one thing i would do
trade a day of my life for maybe 1 more for someone else
