Why do my ears, nose, fingers and toes go bright red when other peoples don't?

When it's a little bit cold my toes, nose, tops of ears and fingers go bright bright red or purple, sometimes blue.
Why do they do that?
I'm the only one it happens to. :-(
All my friends stay a normal color.
