I'd try children's places like YMCA, a second-hand sports store ( the one near my house sells used balls), a pound, school, your local tennis courts or even a local retiremant home for their walkers.
I use tennis balls for my og and my mom uses them to help her beginning baseball team b/c they are brighter and they don't hurt if a kid doesn't quite know how to catch yet.

Many schools would be very happy to receive old tennis balls as the balls can be sliced open and put on the bottom of chair legs. It makes for a much quieter classroom if the floor is linoleum.

You can also give the old tennis balls to an animal shelter (one that has dogs)

Give them to a tennis club, recreation, school tennis if available. Use your imagination. They can be used for anything. Do you know anyone with a dog?
