I have heard that there are time limits on reporting crimes, after so many years after that it don't matter.
Such as you have 7 years to report rape.
What about stealing?
pergury?(on your taxes or in court)
and every other crime you can think of?

general rule here in virginia is if its minor...about one year. if its a felony or violent crime there is no limit.
Perjury is a crime upheld by courts..not citizens or cops... it s judical intervention.

if your in England (sorry Britain) you have up to 6 mths if it`s stealing but something`s like rape it`s alot longer
