Now there is an ethical violation! Management are never supposed to date subordinates. Not only does it never work, but the poor guy loses his job when the relationship goes south. Does she care, heck no. So I have worked in several jobs where this is a problem. It NEVER works and yes it is totally obvious. We are not on TV people, get a life with a real bf/gf relationship and quit making the workplace even harder for the rest of us! Good question!

co-workers dating should not be allowed,,this turns nice people into jerks...know what i mean?? it always causes upsets
