i have a dell deminsion 3000. i have a DSL modem, 660 series. i have windows xp home edition. when i first got dsl my connection worked on all my accounts. now one of my accounts isnt getting a connection from the modem. so i need some ideas on what the problem is or how to fix it.

its sprint dsl. and i mean windows accounts. like the three seperate accounts on windows xp.

what do u mean be accounts? if you mean yahoo accounts, then its still supposed to work if u got at&t dsl. if you mean windows accounts then maybe they dont have admin priorities and u can unlock that so they can axcess internet
