Unless he watches your kids just as much you shouldn't but if that is not the case, you need to let him know. Tell him that it will help ease the stress if you had a little money to go pamper yourself once in a while for all the hard work you do.

No you shouldn't...it's family......One day he will be there for you and I'm sure he won't ask you to pay.....We live into a material world...don't let it get into you too...
what you should do is tell your brother how stressful it is to leave his kids all the time...talk about it....Make him understand that you need some time off...but you will try to help him from time to time....I'm sure he'll understand ...he just doesn't realized what he's doing to you since you don't say anything.
ciao

i don't think of $30/day looks like too lots in any respect. maybe it is in simple terms the section i'm from yet newborn care is extremely high priced here. Our babysitters cost around $10 and hour and it is 1000's a month for daycare. Why do not you ask around on your section and discover out what the going cost is in keeping with day for dayhomes, etc. and then go with once you're delicate with it.

yes and you should insist on top pay, do not let your family take advantage of you, and if you still feel bad about taking the money, be the cool aunt and spend it on his kids, take the whole bunch of them to a chucky cheese or something and let them run crazy, then when thay are all worn out and asleep, sit down and have one glass of red wine its good for ur nerves and your heart.

If it's not just the money tell him to find a sitter to give you a break. And yes charge him if it is an all the time thing.

It is obviously rude that he has not offered to pay you if it is a fairly regular thing.
I would ask him if he wants to establish a schedule and reasonable fee for watching his kids - he may get angry, but if he does, it just shows he was using you.

No, he's family. What you should do is ask him for some "food" money for his kids. This is not unreasonable, c'mon we all have expenses; and it's only fair that he AT LEAST leaves you with some food money.
Keep your head up.

If he didn't pay you, he would be paying someone else. He has the benefits of knowing his children are safe, and with his sister, and you are just simply being taken advantage of. Get some guts!

I think that you have every right to ask him to pay you. I understand that it's family, but it's rather rude of him to not even offer to pay you. It seems that he may be taking advantage of your kindness.
