It's my understanding they are put in the incinerator if not of viable age for living. Viable age is so many weeks of gestation, and I cannot recall the weeks a fetus is consider viable, I know it's when the fetus can live on it's on, outside the mother's body. At this point lets just pray they are buried.

Aborted fetuses, like most other tissue that has been removed, are generally incinerated.

Some facilities sell them to research labs. Some are even sold to colleges....remember in high school when you dissected that frog??? Well guess what some medical colleges dissect?…………

Its sick...they either throw them away or give it to some labs. In India they found a foetus floating in a river...its gross!

Actually, many of them are sold to cosmetic companies to make non-allergenic cosmetics. That is one reason they fight so hard to keep abortion legal; it's big money.
