I don't like the font when I am sending emails. I'd like to have a more professional look as well as bigger print. Please let me know how to change the font in the emails that I write.

In order to use the font you need to set the email format as richtext in your outlook.

We really would need to know what software or website you are using to send emails. Otherwise it is really difficult to guess and give you a guide for every client.

when composing your e-mail there is a button FF which means font face. pick the one you want and go to town.
