I'm guessing you're talking about inflamed (or clogged) sweat glands. I got them quite often when I was younger. My doctor gave me antibiotics at first, but they didn't work. He then lanced them for me. After a while, I got good at "lancing" them myself with a sterile needle and some rubbing alcohol. I would suggest going to your doctor - it's safer.

No such thing as sweet boils. Boils and abscess come about when bacteria invade a broken area of the skin, sweating doesn't have anything to do with it. The best treatment is to see a physician, for many times this requires an antibiotic to keep them from reoccurring, also good hygiene and I'm not saying you don't have good hygiene, just that when it's hot, and your sweating a lot, skin tends to breakdown, tear more easily such as with scratching. Showers, and baths taken more often can sometimes cut down on the occurrence.
