There's no such language as ASP. ASP pages can be written in JavaScript or VBScript and with ASP.NET also C# - this code is written in VBScript.

Looks like it is asp (active server pages), and the code is generating a SQL statement (databases).

looks like an ASP page written in VBScript. nowadays referred to as "Classic ASP"
