I want to find out if there are slipcovers available in the market for a three seater reclining sofa? If yes, then I would like the info about it? If no, then how can we protect our sofa from the body oils, etc.?

The point of micro-fiber is it is more resistant to dirt, stain, hair oil, etc. Body oil is not a consideration, unless you sit around naked, then it is not oil you have to guard against.

Spray it with "Scotchguard", like the spray can you'd use to water proof snow gear. It's basically the same thing most cleaning companies use after they've steam cleaned your fabric furniture and carpets. It's s'pose to help deflect moisture.
