I was getting ready and miraculously, my mascara brush flew out of my hand, hit my shirt, and bounced over to the rug in my bathroom.. I got it out of my shirt with just cold water, but i had to leave the rug until i got home, then i tried cold water, and laundry detergent, most of it is gone, but you can still see it somewhat, not a huge deal, but if i could get it out that would be great! Any suggestions!?

I would probably try Mary Kay eye makeup remover, that might work, not really sure though, because i've never tried it.. If you don't have any maybe you can ask your sister, that is, if you have one! not sure, but good luck,,, let us know how it works!!

Hi daisy_may,
I'd try goo-gone gets out most stains, You can find it at any store or hardware store.
And if that doesn't work try Murphy's Oil Soap(works on lip stick, crayons, tar,red wine, almost anything) just rub in & laundry it in cold water. I hope this helps & have a good day!

I would try Shout or Spray n' Wash. Then wash the rug in warm water and detergent.

Believe it or not, but WD-40
WD-40 works great for a lot of things. It`s a lot like dry cleaning fluid....
Will remove makeup, gum, glue, does not leave any residue behind.....Good luck

Try these: Resolve carpet spot cleaner, Oxy-Clean, or Goo-Gone. One of these will surely work.
