A woman's appropriate weight depends on her height, build, and conditioning level. A woman who is 5'10" should weigh more than a woman who is 5'4". Some women have petite frames and some have large frames. A female athlete will often weigh more than a sedentary woman. Muscle weighs more than fat, so a female athlete with well developed muscles will definitely weigh more than a non-athlete. You can check a BMI chart for your height at the doctor's office (or on line), but consider the other aspects too.

I think it depends on you're body frame. How tall you are too. I am 39 and have had 1 kid. I weigh between 115-120. You know, after you have kids you're body is never the same. If you are short, you would weigh different than someone who is really tall.

Depends on your height and body structure. Best gauge may be to pinch the skin of your stomach and see how much fat lies under it -- if your pinch is more than about 4 cm thick, you're probably too heavy. Less than 2 cm, you're probably not heavy enough. Your doctor can advise further.

50 kgs when you get on the weighing scale alone and 100 when you stand on it along with your kids.

If you're 5'-4" I'd say 103 pounds.
