hi there.you don't say how much money your prepared to spend but if money's not an option how about booking an hour or two at a quad track!there's not one thirteen year old out there that wouldn't enjoy that.whatever you do though, i hope he has a lovely birthday.

WELL DO HE HAVE ANY FAVORITE CHARACTER IF SO DO THE HOUSE LIKE DECORATE THE HOUSE LIKE DAT ANDORDER A MOONWALK AND A CONCESION STAND AND HE WILL NEVER FORGET HIS 12TH OR 13 BIRTHDAY OR BETTER YET TAKE HIM AND A FEWFRIENDS AND GO TO THE SKATING RINK
