it depends on the reason, why don't u ask her what u can do if she won't tell u then give her a card that will make her laugh and leave her alone tell she's ready to forgive u.

take her somewhere shes never been and tell her your sorry and that you dont want this to come between you and that the thought of the risk of loseing her is scareing you and be honest and dont hold anything back and flowers and anything she likes wont hurt but your heart filled im sorry is best . good luck
