Are they or are they not recognized at the international university level?

I'm not sure. But my sister here in the Phillipines is going to test it. At least the Universities here do recognize it.

yes they are because I am in Jamaica and an international student to the U.S. and Canada so doing this is a must they want to see ur SAT or ACT it is a must even if they accept u at the school they will be awaiting for ur results.
