Ok my best friend called me last week and was all mean and stuff. And was upset that I didn't go to a dance. I didn't promise her that'd I go. And then so she gave me attitude and hung up. I e-mailed her nicely,explaining why I didn't go to the dance. REASON BEING- I didn't want to. So I told her to call me if she wants a ride to school. SHE COMPLETELY gave me attitude and brought up all the things I've told her. and that I always let people ruin my good time. Which she was wrong about in the first place. Also, I told her after, that I'm not giving her a ride because she uses me for it, and that's it. I got attitude for that too. So later on I felt really bad for making her walk, so that same night as the fight, I called and told her that I would give her a ride and we can talk in the morning. Basically we had voice mail fights. And the next day when she's around her friends, she calls me and says mean stuff with her friends chiming in the backround.She also said that I ruined her life

If I was you, I wouldn't feel bad at all after you are trying to talk to her and still offering rides to school.
You deserve real friends, and I mean it. All it is, is that you have a great heart and a friendship means a lot to you.
Don't worry, don't try to make things better with her anymore, because next time she'll feel she's got more rights to use you.
Forget her.

Fights within friends are the most common one. Give it some.... she will hear herself all the wrong things she says to you and will sooner or later have a guilty feeling. Believe it or not... without intention you will be mean to her as well... But time heals all...

She doesn't sound like a very good friend....you on the other hand are very forgiving, and mature - good on you for standing up for yourself- people like her need to grow up.
In the whole scheme of things, it wasn't that important that you didn't want to go out, and she is trying to emotionally blackmail youwith your friendship. You are a smart girl and her friendship is something you don't need!
Be strong and stay who you are. Don't allow anyone to treat you like that and you will go very far in life.

You're not responsible for how other people treat you only for how you treat other people. Take some time and meditate on your relationship, pray about it and maybe talk with your parents. Your parents are a real source of wisdom and love.
