It is a myth that missionary style is the best position. It is also a myth that you have to place a pillow under your hips. My fertility doctor told us that doggie style is actually a better position because the sperm will be deposited closer to the uterus. Also he said that once the man has ejaculated have him withdraw immediately, roll on your back and lay flat for about 10 minutes. He said the sperm know exactly where to go so any style is okay as long as its not woman on top. But he has seen the best results from doggie style. A pillow under the hips tends to allow the sperm to cluster near the cervix, which means a longer travel for them to find their target. They have a long enough trip as it is so why not make it a little easier on them?

To fall pregnant, never heard it put that way. Anyway works, but I've been told on your backs best.

get into a postion tat he can pentrate u the best which in my case n probably urs is doggy style and once he does *** in u lay on ur bac and but a pillow on ur *** as ur layin down so ur *** and vagina are at a slant so tat way u can help the sperm get to ther destination faster

I got pregnant with my kids by placing a pillow under my butt and sleeping that way all night.

I think with your hips in the air then stay that way for a little while after. I don't think "deep" has anything to do with it.
