I don't even know what a kind of computer I have. How would one go about finding that out. When I went to buy it at best buy, I just picked the shiny one out.

I'm using my 3 year old Dell. I don't know what kind it is. Hubby is outside can't ask him. One I got three years ago. I got a new one 6 months ago but it was slow....so I went back to the dell.
