Most women don't have breast cancer!!
If you mean why do more women than men get breast cancer it is because women have more hormones in their breast tissue than men. But men can get it, so if you have a lump get it checked out!

it is more common in women but even men can have breast though it is only 1 % .men once they have it ...it is aggresive.

You may need to paraphrase your question. But women do get it far more commonly than men (hormones, genetics, etc).
